DeskCave™ is operated by Retail Star, MB, registered in Lithuania.

02 / Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, functionality or availability.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

03 / Products & Availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including sizes, materials, colours and available options.

Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and printing materials.

If a product becomes unavailable or a significant error affects an order, we will contact you and explain the available options, including a refund where applicable.

04 / Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Applicable product prices, taxes and shipping charges are displayed before order confirmation.

Payments are handled by secure payment service providers. We do not normally store complete payment card details.

An order may be cancelled or refused where permitted by law, for example in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a significant pricing error. Any payment owed back to you will be refunded as legally required.

05 / Production & Delivery

DeskCave™ products are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Standard production normally takes 1 business day, followed by 1 business day for cooling, drying or final quality checks.

Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch are:

Baltics: 2–5 business days.
Scandinavia: 4–7 business days.
Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days.

These times are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

We remain responsible for fulfilling delivery obligations under applicable consumer law, including when a delivery carrier is involved.

06 / Returns & Refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day return window for eligible products.

EU consumers also benefit from statutory withdrawal rights for most online purchases.

Products genuinely made to individual customer specifications may qualify for certain legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

07 / Product Warranty

Consumer purchases are protected by applicable statutory guarantees.

In the European Union, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the sales contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.

08 / Intellectual Property

The DeskCave™ brand, website content, product presentation and protected creative materials are owned by Retail Star, MB or used under appropriate licences.

Our designs may combine original artwork, AI-assisted creative processes and licensed third-party assets.

Ownership of individual third-party assets remains with their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without the necessary permission.

09 / Customer Accounts

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You should notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

10 / Privacy & Personal Data

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Transactional communications may be sent to fulfil orders. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and privacy rules.

11 / Liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of our website. However, temporary technical interruptions may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights relating to delivery, defective products or fraud.

12 / Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may contact Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent consumer dispute resolution body.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page. The terms applicable to a purchase are generally those communicated at the time of the order, subject to mandatory law.
